Profile Toner 
is manufactured from 2 separate hemispheres of high-quality, structural-memory
foam. One hemisphere has a resistance of 2 lbs and the other has a resistance
of 4 lbs. These two halves are then bonded together and covered in a soft,
non-latex skin. It is washable and will not irritate the sensitive skin
of your neck. The whole unit is moulded and contoured to perfectly fit
